  1. The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s). Additionally, the consumer has the right to request an unconditional refund of their money, without being subject to restrictions and subject to conditions.<\/li>\n
  2. \u00a0The consumer must maintain the original packaging and have the product in its original (factory) condition<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Package the product in a larger box to ensure its protection during shipping.<\/li>\n
    2. Place a document inside the packaging, specifying how you wish to resolve the financial matter if the product is deemed eligible for return.<\/li>\n
    3. Send the package through the courier agency from which you received your order, attention to the returns department.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Please note that the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.<\/em><\/p>\n

      We would like to highlight that if the product does not meet the aforementioned terms, it will be returned to the sender at their expense.<\/p>\n

      If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us to inform us accordingly. Your order can only be canceled if the shipping process has not been completed.<\/p>\n

      In case of an error in the order from our side, we will refund you the full amount corresponding to the value of the order, including the shipping costs.<\/p>\n

      If no error is found on our part, only the monetary amount corresponding to the value of the products will be refunded, and the customer will be solely responsible for the shipping costs.<\/p>\n
